Grilled Maple Bacon Meatballs


I package of Mario's Meatball Mix (Tuscan Grill flavor)

2 cups of ground meat (Beef, Pork or Turkey) Pork is best for this recipe!

1/2 cup of water

6-8 strips of maple bacon



Preheat oven to 425 degrees or use BBQ grill

Follow directions on Mario's Meatball Mix, Tuscan Grill flavor.

Make 3/4 inch mini-meatballs after you have added Mario's Meatball Mix to ground meat.

Pre-cut bacon slices into 2 inch lengths

Wrap bacon around pre-formed raw 3/4 inch meatballs and carefully push a toothpick through the bacon and meatball

If using oven, place bacon wrapped meatballs on large baking pan and cook for 12-15 min or until bacon is crispy and meatball is cooked through.

If using BBQ, grill on medium-high heat paying attention to not let bacon stick to grill

Serve immediately
